Terms & Conditions

PROGRAMME: RockSeries provides bilingual (Afrikaans & English) online lessons, quizzes, and progress tracking for Grades RR through N6, aligned to the South African CAPS curriculum.

PARENT RESPONSIBILITY: As the parent or legal guardian, I take responsibility for supervising my child's learning and ensuring appropriate device and internet access. I confirm that all information provided in this application is true and correct.

PRIVACY: RockSeries collects and stores personal information solely for educational administration purposes. Information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

CONSENT: I give consent for my child's progress data to be captured on the RockSeries platform and accessible to authorised educators at the homeschool centre (if applicable).

COMMUNICATION: I agree to receive communication from RockSeries regarding my child's account, platform updates, and important notices via email and/or WhatsApp.

MINIMUM TERM: I understand that I am committing to a minimum subscription period of 12 months. Cancellation before 12 months does not waive the remaining monthly fees.

PAYMENT: Monthly fee is R500 per child. Payment via debit order is preferred. If paying by EFT, payment must reflect in the RockSeries account by the 1st of each month. Late or missing payment will result in account suspension. No cash to agents — pay only to the official bank account.

DEBIT ORDER: If a debit order is returned unpaid, you will be notified and given the opportunity to make alternative arrangements. Repeated returns may result in account suspension.

CANCELLATION: RockSeries subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 12 months. Cancellations will only be accepted after the 12-month minimum term has been completed. Cancellations during December or any other month within the minimum term do not exempt the subscriber from the remaining fees. After the minimum term, cancellation must be given in writing with 20 working days notice. Any access period already paid will remain active for that paid period. We put significant effort into supporting each family's learning journey and appreciate your understanding of this commitment.

Welcome to the RockSeries family! Established in 2004, RockSeries has been South Africa's trusted bilingual online learning platform for nearly two decades. We serve learners from Grade RR all the way through to N6 Trade Level, offering fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English) content aligned to the South African CAPS curriculum.

💻 Getting Started: Platform & Login ▼

Once your account is activated (within 1–2 business days of payment), you will receive your login credentials by email.

  • Visit rockseries.co.za and click Login
  • Use the latest version of Chrome, Edge, or Brave for best results
  • Works on PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones
  • Each child needs their own profile — set this up after first login
  • Your home screen shows all subjects available for your child's grade
📅 What Does a Typical Week Look Like? ▼

RockSeries is self-paced, so you set the rhythm that works for your family. Here is a suggested structure:

  • Monday–Wednesday: Core lessons (Maths, Language, Science)
  • Thursday: Life Orientation, Arts, or catch-up
  • Friday: Quizzes, games, and review
  • Each lesson takes approximately 30–45 minutes
  • Quizzes and activities are marked automatically — results save to your report card

There is no strict timetable requirement — log in whenever suits your family.

Every quiz, activity, and lesson completed is tracked and saved automatically.

  • View your child's results under My Results in the learner menu
  • The Report Card shows progress across all subjects per term
  • Parents can view the report card at any time — no waiting for a school term to end
  • Teachers at your homeschool centre (if applicable) can also access results with your permission
  • A CAPS-aligned diagnostic tool is available to identify areas needing attention

  • Any device with a modern browser — Chrome, Edge, or Brave recommended
  • Minimum screen: 5-inch smartphone upwards (larger is better for younger learners)
  • Stable internet connection required (data usage is moderate — lessons are optimised)
  • No app download needed — everything runs in the browser
  • Audio lessons require speakers or headphones (bilingual audio is built in)

  • Ensure your child logs in regularly and completes lessons
  • Monitor results via the parent view on the platform
  • Keep your contact details up to date
  • Notify us of any changes to your child's grade or learning needs
  • Ensure your payment/debit order is up to date to avoid account suspension
  • Communicate any concerns promptly — we are here to help

  • Homeschool Centre Rate:1 child, 2 devices — R450/month: Diagnostic tools, lesson plans, all included
  • Minimum term: 12 months
