1. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, animations, lessons, code, assessments, and materials on this platform are the intellectual property of RockSeries Education and its founder. This includes but is not limited to:

Written lesson content and explanations
Interactive tools, games, and exercises
Page layouts, graphics, and visual design
Bilingual (English/Afrikaans) educational content
Assessment questions and diagnostic tools

No portion of this website may be copied, reproduced, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written permission from RockSeries Education.

2. Permitted Use

Users are granted access to RockSeries for personal educational use only. This means:

Learners may use the platform to study and complete exercises
Parents and guardians may use it to support their children's learning
Registered teachers may use it to support classroom instruction

Unauthorised use, commercial exploitation, scraping, or redistribution of any part of this platform is strictly prohibited.

3. External Video Content (YouTube & Third-Party Videos)

To enrich the learning experience, RockSeries links to and embeds educational videos from YouTube and other video platforms directly within our lesson pages. We do this to provide learners with quality visual explanations alongside our written content.

Please be aware of the following:

Full credit belongs to the original video creators. RockSeries does not claim ownership of any embedded or linked video content. All rights remain with the respective content owners and their platforms.
Videos are embedded using the platform's official embed tools (e.g. YouTube's standard iframe embed) in accordance with their terms of service.
Advertisements: If you do not have a YouTube Premium subscription, you may see adverts before or during embedded YouTube videos. These ads are served entirely by YouTube and are outside of RockSeries's control. We do not receive any revenue from these advertisements, and we apologise for any inconvenience they may cause.
RockSeries is an ad-free platform — any ads you see within video players come from the video platform itself, not from us.

💡 Tip for parents and learners: If ads are disruptive, a YouTube Premium subscription will remove them. Alternatively, most modern browsers support free ad-blocker extensions that can help.

4. Privacy & Data

RockSeries collects only the information necessary to provide the educational service — such as your name, grade, and learning progress. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

Progress data and results are stored securely and are accessible only to the learner, their registered teacher, and platform administrators.

While every effort is made to ensure that content on RockSeries is accurate and CAPS-aligned, the platform is provided as a supplementary educational tool. It is not a substitute for qualified teaching or professional academic advice.

RockSeries Education accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on platform content without appropriate teacher or guardian oversight.
